I am now the wrong side of 35 and have recently decided to make the best of myself that I can. I have always been around 138/9 lbs and after the breakup with my long term boyfreind last year, put on nearly a stone (of heartbreak)and just cannot shift it. I have done a marathon and am now training for a triathlon so the exersize is there.. so just don't understand why these stubborn pounds won't shift. So have embarked on a 'look and feel fantastic' diet and hopefully i will keep the will power to make it happen!!
