Bariatric Patients
I am wondering if there is anyone here who has had Bariatric Surgery. I had the Gastric Sleeve on December 2 and I am following a high protein, low calorie diet as I work toward my goal.

The surgery is simply a tool that definitely helps to get me to my goal but if I eat carbs and sweets I won't see any weight loss at all and will also be very unhealthy if I fill my smaller stomach with those things instead of healthy food choices.

Just like any diet, I have hit a stall this week, which is normal for bariatric surgery patients 2 to 3 weeks out. Although I didn't see the scale move much this week I did fit in a pair of pants this week that didn't fit last week so I know I'm heading in the right direction anyway!
