Dove right into the deep end of disordered eating the last 4 days. Can't be entirely sure what really triggered it... stress about a myriad of things I suppose. Today is a new day. I will say this though, after going 15 days straight without a binge, and now having gone through 4 days of uncontrolled eating, my insides are sore! I don't want to feel like this again, so I hope I remember this feeling next time I want to break down.

I teach. It's summer break and I thought I'd get a few days of peace before jumping in as the summer program coordinator for the month of July. No such luck. The last two days have been longer and more stressful than an actual work day during the school year ever is, in turn causing me to want to eat ALL THE PIZZA. I haven't given in though, so take that, stress!

Really craving some kind of fatty, greasy take-out right now. Ugh! I'm going to slam another big glass of water and wait this out.
