I am retired, am very active in church and volunteer in other areas also. I am a former smoker. Have mild/moderate emphysema. Have gained weight since smoking cessation. Recent A1C tested me at risk for diabetes. Need to get back into balance.Recently taking advantage of gym at local hospital 5 days a week.
