I'm bringing more salads into my diet. I love salads, but they can be a pain to pull together. I just have to prepare the lettuce and veggies ahead of time and keep low fat dressing on hand (and use it sparingly).
I've also learned that a small amount of a strong-flavored cheese adds tons of flavor. Look for reduced fat feta, gorgonzola and other cheeses. Oh, and I love Craisins!

I splurged last night and had a serving (1/2 cup) of Moose Tracks ice cream. I *still* ended up consuming less than 1,500 calories (30 points) for the whole day! Yay!!

One of my coworkers brought in a cake this morning. I am proud to say I did not touch a single crumb of it! Glad that it went fast, though - I'm not sure how long I could have held out! ;-)
