Taking Ritalin for ADD. It's keeping my appetite down. Not adhering to any diet, and have not eaten the best stuff, but it has reduced my food intake.
I will work on getting back on track, so I can lose more.

I've been off a specific plan for a while. But, I have made a decision to start my day (at least work days) with a nice, healthy fruit and soy smoothie. Gives me energy and sets me up for healthier choices later. :-)
