So I am almost done with my work for the department store and maybe after that, I can get to posting on this site more regularly. Seems I am at a stand still in my diet and I need to pick up the pace on the exercise. I have a friend who is coming to visit me in a couple of months and I want to spend time with him, without feeling tired while we are out going, going , going like he likes to do!
Hopefully I can loose some more before then!

I ate too many carbs today! All thanks to that milk! lol I always crumble when there is whole milk. Its so amazing.

Checked my weight today! Wow looks like I lost some weight! Nice!
Though I found when I do this diet I loose really well the first two weeks and then stop loosing so I think this time when I stop loosing I will start uping my exercise! I haven't done much exercise this last week, but I plan to change that for this week!
On to week two of the induction phase of Atkins!
