Checked my weight today! Wow looks like I lost some weight! Nice!
Though I found when I do this diet I loose really well the first two weeks and then stop loosing so I think this time when I stop loosing I will start uping my exercise! I haven't done much exercise this last week, but I plan to change that for this week!
On to week two of the induction phase of Atkins!
