Okay. Today is a brand new day. I've gotta let yesterday GO and stop beating myself up. In this grand experiment called LIFE, it's just a blip.

Can I really eat this much? To lose 1/2 lb. a week I need to eliminate 1750 cals a week. That means 250 - 300 a day. So shouldn't I be eating closer to 1500 cals?
