I walked the dogs
I ate no sugar yesterday
I asked for help
I didn’t beat myself up after WI
Made good choice when I went out to dinner
So far today:
1. Tracked everything
2. No sugar
3. Walked the dogs
Going out to dinner again tonight and hope to do as well as I did last night..

Okay - at a friend's suggestion I'm trying Fatsecret. Like the simplicity of it so far. I've lost 40 lbs. on Weight Watchers and now struggle with maintenance. Actually, I'm up 6 lbs. So I've decided to lower my goal and see what I can do with learning a different way - REALLY making a lifestyle change.
