Lymphedema is the bane of my existence. 7 pounds gained. At least all my blood levels are normal, as per physical.Thank the Lord for that.

THANK GOODNESS FOR STEVIA. IT IS SO HARD TO FIND DRINKS THAT DONT HAVE SUGAR OR AKA FRUCTOSE IN IT. SO I MAKE SIMPLE LEMONADE AND PACK IT IN MY WATER BOTTLE AND I ALSO PURCHASED A BRITA BOTTLE. THAT IS THE BEST INVENTION I CAN FILL UP ALMOST ANYWHERE AND IT ALL TASTES THE SAME!

Things have been hectic now that I have returned to work, although I am exercising each morning, Ihave been neglecting recording in mmy journal I will try to do better next week It keeps me on track.
