Today is Day 7 of my diet. I have had a few cheat moments, but I made sure to carry out additional exercises. I have stopped eating later than 8PM, aside from last night. Altogether, I feel as though there will be a lesser struggle if I carry on with my diet and exercises. I feel great and I feel more positive about achieving my weight goals.

Today is Day 3 of dieting. I felt a bit weak throughout the day. Also had consumed some fruit juice and an energy drink, because I needed some energy for my Linear Algebra final. I was supposed to cut on the sugars, but I did it for the sake of gaining energy and not because of a lack of self control. I also walked and excercised alot today, which I suppose is good. And I also am getting into the habit of drinking a lot more water. I drank 2000ml so far, which is great I suppose. Things are starting to look better for me if I keep things this way.

Today is Day 2 of my dieting. I nearly slipped when I went to Starbucks to order a hot chocolate before my stats final, but I had it with soy milk because it's the healthier alternative, even though I dislike soy milk. I had no whipped cream with it, as I generally am not fond of it. I also resisted the urge to eat from my favourite sushi restaurant because I consumed my calories for the day. Overall a fine experience for a 2nd Day. I still haven't done my sit-ups exercises. I really hope to stay strong.
