Today is Day 2 of my dieting. I nearly slipped when I went to Starbucks to order a hot chocolate before my stats final, but I had it with soy milk because it's the healthier alternative, even though I dislike soy milk. I had no whipped cream with it, as I generally am not fond of it. I also resisted the urge to eat from my favourite sushi restaurant because I consumed my calories for the day. Overall a fine experience for a 2nd Day. I still haven't done my sit-ups exercises. I really hope to stay strong.
