I am a stay-at-home mom and gained 27 lbs over the past year. I have not been this heavy since I gained my baby weight. It is taking over my life! All I think about is the weight and I am tired of it. I want to get in shape - I tore my meniscus - so have not been able to exercise for the past two months but now I have the green light to get back to the gym. I have no reason not to be there everyday. As soon as I drop my daughter off at work I should drive the 5 minutes and at minimum do 30 minutes of cardio.
