Hi all,
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to the new year.
After indulging over the festive season and picking up weight, a whole 7kgs. It's back to the basics for me!
A big,"BIG" event is coming up in the next five months and I need to lose weight, my goal is to weigh about +-70kgs by the end of May 2017.
I know I can do this!

Morning all,
Today I'm starting my 90 Day KetoDiet Challenge.
Looking forward to the challenge. It's not going to be easy. I haven't keep track on my diet for the for more then a month and lucky me, didn't pickup or lose any weight.
