Deep thoughts. Powerful words.
Myself:
*over 80 grams of daily protein makes me crave sugar
*over 30 total daily carbs sends me into a binging frenzy.
*protein or carbs in the morning makes me graze all day.
*caffeine suppresses my appetite
*counting calories and stressing over losing seems to make me lose slower (cortisol)

One thing I've learned along this journey is to listen to your body's whispers, and mine is screaming to bask in the sun! I know the dangers of tanning beds, but I'm thinking "how harmful can 1 five minute session be?".
I'm also feeling like I need a "me day". With that being said, I'm off to get a new hair do & my eyebrows done. Remember to pamper yourselves from time to time. If you don't, who will??

Good morning, FS buddies!
I'm off to give blood here in a bit. The last time I went, I nearly passed out. I had only a little Bacon and eggs a few hours before I went. I read online that if you're doing LC to eat a good bit of protein and hydrate well before giving. Thoughts?
