I started the Standard Process Purification Diet a week ago, weighed 158...ugh
Hopped on the scale this mornin.... 8lbs less..whew whoooo!
Ate only vegetables and fruit (twice as many veggies as fruit) 4-7 teasposoons of high quality oils such as grape seed oil, fish oil, extra virgin olive oil, etc.. drank suppliment shakes provided by Standard Process and had a bunch of suppliments from them, its a whole kit. The purification ends after 21 days and on day 11 protein such as lean chicken and deep sea fish are added back in. For 21 days, no dairy, alcohol, coffee (my worst part) bread, pasta, etc... just fruit and veggies and the shakes. Day 1 and 2 were pretty bad, but we are getting used to it! Not so bad!
Who wouldn't want to lose 8 pounds in a week! CRAZY!
