Been on holiday for a week and gained one pound since my last weigh so that isn't so bad!
Re started insanity workout yesterday and back on diet fully today!

Restarting my diet as now following the Insanity work out programme and realised that I need to increase my calories to handle the exercise.

Feeling more positive today as stepped on scales this morning and had lost 2 pounds so I think my body is starting to settle down now on this diet :-)

Felt gutted with what the scales read today but been and got some advice from Cambridge counsellor and been told its water/glycogen and not fat. This is due to coming off cambridge quite suddenly and not going up through the steps. So I am going to start this week by having two shakes and sticking with 1000 cals for a couple of weeks then try and increase it by having one shake and with 1300 cals and this should settle the water problem. I am back to drinking lots of water too, so hopefully within 3 days I will be down to 10 stone 2 xx

Feeling down today, one because the weather is so bad and in need of some sunshine to lift my spirits and two because I weighed myself this morning and it looks like I have gained a pound.
Thinking maybe because I have possibly introduced carbs too much and too quickly so rather than mess around anymore with changing diets I will stay on 1300 calories at least for a week and see is things settle but It's so confusing as I'm unsure why this is happening :-)
I have even posted a thread on the Cambridge site hoping that someone will have an answer for this and give me the advice needed.
