Smiley Face! Out for a 2 mile walk around the mall with sugar britches (raining still! Ugh!)
Still looking for tips for raising my fat intake while keeping protein don and net carbs at 20g...any and all help is very much appreciated. Recommendations on books, magazines, videos, youtube, reading tea leaves, horoscopes, star alignment....I research everything. Chow (I know the correct spelling, but I am hungry (mall first)

Rain, Rain, Rain! I have been under the weather. Back to 100%, and I am out for a 5 mile walk. Farmer's Market for some fresh veggies, and Best Buy for a laptop battery.
Macros are an issue...cannot seem to keep the "fat" up, I am at least 40-80grams shy each day...and ideas on plant based fat other than avocados????

Good Morning everyone. I am out the door for 4 miles, very cool 63degrees and a small breeze....going to be great! Hope & pray all are staying focused and winning the war on the waist or belly or arms, thighs, butt...like me!
