I woke up today feeling VERY sore. I'm not sure if it's from my walking and jumping jacks I did yesterday? Or the deep cleaning the bathroom? I noticed that even though I felt like I ate a lot yesterday, I only consumed just under 1000calories. I walked again today for 30min at a slower pace than yesterday. Maybe it will help my wake-up tomorrow.
Last night I took 2 benedryl, 2- 325mg Tylenol, 4000IU Vit D, 2mg of B12. Slept well, woke up to toss a couple times but not terrible. Was in mild pain overnight.
