Still forbidding me from posting my catch-up post for the last week.
Not sure what is up with that.
I had a troublesome week. Several issues ... hoping that they have resolved themselves.
For the coming week, I am planning to take it day by day:
Get more sleep
Go to gym
Drink some water
Take my meds
Plan my meals and eat on plan
Read
Journal my food
Grocery shopping for some good food
