Feeling blah today! I'm doing fine with eating & exercising but it's just one of those days when you feel sad. Wish me luck, I need to have the energy to work out after work!!!

I haven't weighed in for about 5wks now. I'm trying to focus on my eating habits and work outs so that the scale does not become my obsession. I know I've lost some weight because of the way my clothes fit and that's enough for now. Maybe I'll weigh in on April 30th?! We'll see

feeling blah today, I think it's because I haven't exercised in 2days! Ok I need to forgive myself and move it right along. I will put in my time this evening and not stress. PMS too I think...whatever this is hard!! :0(

feeling pretty good cause I have this eating thing down, I'm exercising on a regular basis and I'm getting better at realizing that this is a life long change not a temp one. My mind frame is just as important as everything else I'm doing.

So frustrated right now! Doing really well with my eating & exercising but I have a scratch in the roof of my mouth and can't eat anything!! It's 4:30 on 4/1/10 and I'm only at 450 calories! hungry!! puts a damper on what I can eat for sure.
