exercise ideas for someone with bad hips. my legs work to an extent and my arms and stuff are great. i was wondering if an exercise bike would do anything for me. but if i do that what do i do with my arms.

got a digital scale to be more accurate. I haven't really gained that according to the dial scale so im just changing to this one.

Weigh-in: 200.0 lb

lost so far: 7.0 lb

still to go: 35.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

add comment gaining 77.0 lb a week
