I've been really trying to eat more protein and rink more shakes. I found some shakes that work with me recently. I went back to Premier Protein so I think that's helping. this past weekend I recent relied heavily on shakes but I noticed I couldn't break my habit of just protein protein protein... however it was nice to not have to be so stressed about what I was eating and my tummy really like that. I've started back to work and I am in training this week and along with all the lovely bs that comes with my job my boss decided to punish my absence from work....The absences she's punishing me for aren't even real I was there at work?! anyway with that all being said I get a an hour to eat lunch and that's nice because instead of getting super sick at work I'm able to actually digest my food which only yeilds random minor hiccups not full blown pain and anguish. And because it's like a class room I am also able to drink my protein shake in peace and not be bothered. I tried some new items this weekend I had an orange and didn't explode... and I looked at watermelon.. still haven't had any though.
