I've been travelling all week, so not exactly following the plan. Oh well, at least I didn't gain anything. But that just means that my plan was extended by 1 week, so I'm planning to finish the current plan on 20th of February.
I'm sure I'll hit my goal weight by then!!

And the first weigh in since the start f my diet.
1kg lost. Not too much, but hey, that's a start. Plus the first week is really more about getting into the habit, so hopefully next weigh in will yield better results...
And I'm really feeling great, so probably the weight loss will follow shortly :)

ok, so I'm starting the New Year properly - with new resolutions! I'll start with the bad bit - I gained weight again... I know, I know, holidays are no excuse, but honestly, how can one not gain weight after spending time at mom's? So I'm at 81 now and this is my starting point.
As of today I'm on my version of 6 weeks to OMG, so here are my resolutions:
1. Limit carbs to less than 60 g a day;
2. No breakfast;
3. 2-3 meals a day and NO SNACKS;
4. Join gym;
5. Spend more time out - whenever the weather allows it;
6. No alcohol on weekdays. For that matter I should cut it out of my diet completely, but the resolutions must be realistic, don't they?
So here I go. My plan is to be at 74 kg by the 15th of Feb. Good luck me! :)
