Got ill... Again. It sucks, but I had to eat more and at least 3 times a day. Combine that with almost no moving around, and here's the result. Back on track now, I hope this was just a one off setback!

Proud of myself - I stayed on the plan even though I had 2 big celebrations and I got ill. So far so good!
