Day 14:
My carb intake is slowly creeping up to dangerous levels and I need to stop it, now. This is exactly what happens everytime I try getting back into the diet. I see purple on the ketostix, I register success, I fuck up.
This cycle ends now.

Day 9:
Very pleased to announce that the ketostix tested positive today! My hope was dwindling after yesterday's negative so I wasn't expecting to be positive today, but I am! Extremely excited. I'm doing it right after all! This has inspired me to keep going.
Today's food was a bit high in carbs, but I'm planning a fast from dinner Friday - Dinner Saturday, as it is my day off and I can do that.
I realize I'm going to have to kick it into gear if I want to join a gym next month. I am going to need that extra boost of energy. Also, I think my GNC card expired and I was just about ready to use it, damn! There are these really nice meal replacement shakes with just 8g carbs each at GNC, and they have massive protein which I will need.
Losing weight and becoming fit has become more than just a feel-good goal. I need it. I am looking into becoming a paramedic and that is an active job, just the way I want it. I would hate life if I lived in a cubicle.

Day 4:
Lots of cheese today. Had a surprise bonus for christmas so went out and bought 160$ of groceries. That should do me for a month. Doing well, feeling confident. Work tomorrow, hope my will is stronger!
