I am working tomorrow. Change of plans - measure carefully and ONLY have 20g today. You can do this.

Day 41:
Today I am trying something different - a fat bomb. Today I am eating excess carbs so that tomorrow I may fast with water, only have dinner and then fasting Wednesday also. I may stop fasting or eat one meal if I am taking a trip to the gym before/after.
No more wings after these are eaten. They ruin me. And i recalculated the carbs for this muffin I would cut in half and eat at work; I thought I was only eating 13g but it's closer to 30g. Time to stop being ignorant and give this diet another kick in the face.

Day 40:
I don't know if it's because I'm having more carbs than I notice, or that I've gained muscle weight from all the hours I put in at the gym, but one thing's for sure - I need more cardio in my life! With this weather and the fact that I can't afford a gym membership at this moment, getting my cardio in is damn near impossible. In addition, I'm not getting any hours at work, so all I do is sit at home and eat chicken wings (I'm sure they are the cause of my keto doom, all that sauce, BLEH!).
I don't have much water weight on me right now, I can tell. So I've either gained FAT or I've gained MUSCLE on top of the fat I am not losing cause of my lack of cardio.

Day 35:
Somehow slipped out of keto. A little disappointed, but I can't give up. Tomorrow I will fast and that should get me back on track. Looks like I'm going to have to limit my carb intake to 20g a day, and if that's not enough by March, I'll limit my calorie intake to 1250-1500.
