Well it finally looks like I'm losing weight. I never weigh myself or count Calories. Its not me. I also love going to the gym and doing lots of cardio. I think thats my favorite. I keep up with my Calories but it feels I can never reach my RDI.Its becoming a struggle lately.But if I go back to what I use to eat it be very easy. But I love eatting healthy and right its always been me.I'm really tired lately to. Maybe I should only go to the gym 3-4 days a week instead of 5 days. I need some help deciding this.Anyways, I've lost 10 pounds.I know my weigh in don't say that because I haven't tracked my excerises I'm doing or how much I'm losing.It's hard.I tried putting biking in there today for 25 mins and somehow it ended up saying I biked for 2 hours but I didn't.So I need to figure that out to.I'm really new to this website and have no knowledge of how it runs. So any help or words of wisdom would help out.Thanks!
