Aaaaaaaaaaand ... we're back online. Thank goodness! I hadn't realized how much I've come to depend on FB to keep me on track. And here's an update for the day: I'm losing at an incredibly rapid clip, which makes me think at least part of the weight gain was just water weight. Also, I'm eating far fewer calories than I usually do. Neither the low-cal diet nor the rapid weight loss are sustainable for the long term. I'm fine with that. I just want to recover the ground I lost, which in my case means about 11 more pounds. Onward.
