Currently in afghanistan arived here 14 weeks ago, weighing 212lb with a waist measurment somewere around 43in. As of this morning I currently weigh 184lb with a waist measurment of 38in. I would like to maintain my current workout regement (Murphey's LAW!!!!...LOL...SHUT UP and DO IT) for as long as possible, to reach a body fat <10%, currently at about 24%. WORK HARD, TRAIN HARD, BE FIT and live a great healthy life style. I AM NOW MAKING A PERSONAL VOE RIGHT NOW TO NEVER EVER BE A FAT FUCK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah current diet as of about 2 weeks ago IS Interrmittent fasting!!!!! 19 hours of fasting (only water) to 5 hours of calorie consumption. Consuming about 550 calories of protein suplements(Wheybolic extreme 60 after workout, prior to eatting; and NitroTec just prior to fasting) and the rest is light wieght foods, nothing fried, mostly sandwiches. Daily calorie goal is 1500,
