I am a 78 yr old, very sedatery woman. Today, January 22, 2015, is my 2nd day on Dr. Oz's fast super weight loss diet. In spite of keeping to my own diet (since Sept.), before starting I weighed in at 147, a gain of 3+ lbs. What a plateau! I think drinking lots of cold water and green tea and high protein may be doing it.
