Wow totally forgot about this site....6 1/2 months ago I started a new nutritional supplement. It isn't designed as a diet or for weight loss but it's an AWESOME POSITIVE SIDE EFFECT.
I start my day with 2 capsules before my feet hit the floor, followed but a lifestyle shake mix 20-30 minutes later then slap on a derma fusion technology patch which is time released into my blood steam through my skin. Premium grade natural organic ingredients. It say it has been life changing is an understatement.
Wake up happy
Clean energy all day NO CRASHES
I am better able to handle life stresses
I no longer have much joint and muscle aches (THIS WAS HUGE FOR ME)
When I'm sick (key word when), my recovery time is faster
My gym work outs and recovery time surpass my daily expectations
I'm discovery new things about myself each day.
But the very best thing is I love ME!

I know that I need to loose the weight. Quitting smoking and eating healthy are my main priorities...I relasped last night with smoking but I'm not discouraged I know that I can do this... I want to start out by doing some kind of exercise for at least 15 minutes a day..Did take a walk last night probably 1/2 mile.

today starts the new me well at least the new start in regards to journaling about this journey(YTHeck won't it take the word journaling?).
Anyway...Positive affirmation for today...I have beautiful eyes to a beautiful soul.
So today is day 5 of no smoking, it's pretty easy so far. I've also been on a spinach kick...I have eaten almost the whole 16 oz container by myself oh and also an avocado kick, plain as a "dressing"..I have heard that it is good for you but wondering if too much is too bad. Something to research.
