I know that I need to loose the weight. Quitting smoking and eating healthy are my main priorities...I relasped last night with smoking but I'm not discouraged I know that I can do this... I want to start out by doing some kind of exercise for at least 15 minutes a day..Did take a walk last night probably 1/2 mile.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
