Began eating mostly meat, fruits and vegetables at the end of March. Lost 4 pounds in two weeks and was amazed. Came across this diet on Daily Burn website. It's called Ignite - you cut out "the evil 6": soy, dairy, gluten, added sugar, artificial sweeteners and alcohol.
Now trying to add back in dairy and gluten one at a time to see which one is causing me problems. Trying to still avoid the added sugar. The other two weren't issues for me.

Fell of the wagon BIG TIME!!!
Took two weeks to drive to Utah and back - actually didn't gain any weight on the trip! But since we've gotten back - Yuck!! Have not followed any diet whatsoever! Have been rushed for time, so not cooking good meals at home - eating lunches out a lot. Gotta stop that!
Hoping to turn over a new leaf soon, but the stress seems to be building in my life. Ah, well. I'm NOT giving up!

Not feeling so good today. All that work and the sunburn that came with it are catching up to me. Really tired, and not really caring what I eat. Gotta get out of that attitude!
