Hi! My name is Steph, and I need to loose a lot of weight. I have never lasted more than 12 hours on a diet before. Nighttime kills me. I'm doing the Atkins because, well, my mom lost eighty pounds in like, five months. No exaggeration. Anyway, I started yesterday, and as I'm writing this, it's been 48 hours, and I'm still sticking. Thats a pretty big accomplishment for me. I need as much moral support as I can get right now :)

My motivation is myself. I was such a fatty post-depression meds. I was a size ten, and HAWT till then. Its been three years, and I have to get with the program. Crap, I'm only 21.

Hi! I'm new and I need some help!
Hi! I'm new here, and I started the atkins diet yesterday. I'm following what I know of it religously, however I've come to accept carbs are like crack. I walk by boxes of crackers, and they are screaming "EAAAT ME" LOL! However I do have a few questions. My boyfriend is coming home from Iraq in two and a half weeks. I'm trying to loose as much weight as HEALTHLY possible before then. How much did ya'll loose in the first two weeks??? And second, can you drink diet coke in the induction phase? It has no carbs in it, but I'm not sure.
