One week on Medi Weight Loss. I tried to follow the plan this week. Had a cook out, an Open House and GMom was in the hospital so drove up to MA for a day.
Back on MV where I recently gained 5LBs after 2o days earlier this month. I think that was from my alcohol intake, potato chips, brunch intake etc.
Did the Roach's fish fry last night and had grilled fish instead of fried.
Had some popcorn and stayed in Ketosis. Need to shop this morning for my food for the week.
