quick beauty tip, before working out I like to mix my body lotion with coconut oil and put it on. This moisturizes your skin so much, it makes it softer and it also helps prevent stretch marks. I do it before working out because I feel that that way my skin gets even softer, I'm assuming it's because when I work out my pores opens and it penetrates the skin better. Try it!! thank me later lol
