I am still juggling family emergencies. My son is not feeling well and goes into panic attacks. He wants me close. And needing to get to the store to purchase some groceries for preparing ahead. (something to take to doctors visits) Sleeping is difficult.

Sorry, seems a lot of time sensitive high priority things are hitting all at once. And one fighting of an anxiety attack on Sunday. I will try to add more Wednesday.

I have limited my foods to vegetables and green tea. I also include a fruit smoothie, non-fat yogurt, walnuts or almonds, and olive w/seasoning over salad. I have even managed to drink my lemon and ginger tea.
I am struggling needing to resist the temptation of sweets but I have not taken more than three bites. When I resist all together the cravings should stop.
I will be adding vegetable broth and developing a way to be more consistent. Setting a bedtime is hard when I struggle to get to sleep. I know I will benefit most in a set routine. Slow and steady. Staying the course.

I am hoping to be able to carve out small windows of time to accomplish my goals.
Priority, I need quiet time to rest and unwind. I would like to set aside time pray and read the bible.
I will make a plan for each area of my life and develop a strategy then put together resources to achieve them.
ONE OF THE RESOURCES IS THE WEBSITE AND THE MANY PEOPLE WHO ENCOURAGE AND SHARE.
I am hoping to use the website more as I learn how to add posts and plans to record and share. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Starting a new routine is harder than I thought it is time to add some re-enforcements.
I starting late breakfast was at 9:00am. I had a smoothie. I forgot to drink the hot water with lemon to help the cleansing of toxins. I still need to find a way to buy supplies. I am hoping the roads are clear tomorrow and I am able to go to store.
It is time to add an alarm to my routine and set a flexible schedule. And I think it may help to post reminders on the changes.
