A 12-Hour Eating Window for a Healthy Weight
The benefits from the 12-hour fast is the opportunity your body has to repair. (the amount of sleep is important - you should have 7-9 hours) It is important to make sure you stop eating at least three hours before bed time. It is not difficult to accomplish every day.

Calorie Intake
You can try some diets on the website from Dr. Oz.

There are many to choose from find the one that fits you best. And if one does not work right for you - try another. Always make healthy choices - when in doubt check with your doctor.

Breakfast
Breakfast smoothie - 1 cup unsweetened (or sweetened) almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1/2 banana, 2 tablespoons flaxseed, and 2 tablespoons rice protein powder (you can also use pea protein or egg white protein powder)
My diet eliminates wheat and dairy - you may change the recipe to what you prefer.
