I am excited to start this challenge. I have a busy life raising 5 kiddos & don't take the time to do these things as there are so many other priorities. Hopefully this will give me some good accountability & help me stay focused.

I've never done anything like this before, but I think it's the right time for me. As I'm getting older I want to make sure I'm taking care of my body & setting a good example to my kiddos.
