Today i did not do to bad, I skipped lunch but not intentionally. I would like to start consuming the correct amount of caleries. Next week I will work on getting the right and best food for me to eat to make me satisfied.

Today I prepared my lunch for the week (healthy stuf), tonight I will be preparing my dinner for the week. Let's see if this method will help me loose weight. I will also, be starting to execise tonight, my goal is to execise in the morning.
