Well I am up a couple of pounds, I have been working out alot, I hope I am up muscle mass and not fat but I seriously doubt it. I had some chocolate, and last night we went out to Montana's and I had all you can eat ribs, I have no idea how many calories that would be.
I shall double my efforts! ;-)

Holy!!! $%#@!!! I overdid it at the beach even after warning myself I have to go and do some exercise right now!!! Gonna go for a bike. Subway sandwich and chips pushed me way past what I wanted to eat.

Whewwww, I overdid it on breakfast, 899 calories, I have to watch my intake for the rest of the day. I am taking the kids to the beach today and I will pack my own picnic so I am not tempted with the burger stand etc. I will make and effort to swim at the beach today for some time and maybe go for a bike ride later. But today at the gym it was great at the gym I did a new workout.

So, I joined the Challenge to Lose 10lbs by the time school starts. I think that is doable. I have really been watching what I eat and exercising like a mad man. I got my wife to join FS and she too joined the challenge I am so proud of her. It is so hot here I got up really early and went for a 35km bike ride and then did what my personal trainer called a superset. Here it is for those that are interested.
SUPERSET two exercises are done back to back with either a 30 sec or 1 min rest between the two
3 X 10 Push ups
3 X 10 Pull ups
3 X 10 bench dips
3 X 10 Jumping jacks/Seal Jumps
1 min step ups with a knee strike at the top (I usually step up on a picnic table seat, 1 min each leg)
1 min vertical jump onto a picnic table
3 X 10 lunges, each leg
3 X 10 side lunges each leg
3 X 10 Prisoner Squat (Hands on your head )
10 second hang from a bar
8 lbs Medicine Ball slam overhead
8 lbs Medicine ball slam against a wall, like a basketball chest pass
1 min lateral run back and forth for about 10 yards
1 min lateral jumps back and forth
1 min forward skipping
1 min high legged walk, walking forward and reaching out touching your toes at chest height
4 X 100 yd forward run
8lbs Medicine ball chase, I throw the ball, either overhead forward or back, or each side, and chase it as fast as I can I do this for 5 min or so, and try to ensure that I throw the ball equally from all sides
3 X 20yd Tiger Crawl crawling low to the ground without dragging your belly
3 X 20 yd crab crawl, abs up moving along the ground
