im not much of a computer person, so this daily getting on to add up calories or whatever is not working for me. i will check in here and there and do my weigh ins...so, thats all.

September was a rough start...exercise is going great, just need to really get going on the diet part now. I pray that October will be better as far as dieting (life style changes) goes.
