hit a low yesterday and took it out on food :( i went over my cal intake and didnt workout just spent all day playing video games ... im still feeling low today but im going to ride my bike and play video games this time ...at least ill keep up with the cals im intaking

I've looked over my food entries and I'm hitting about 1000 cals .. now i read somewhere that you're not suppose to go under 1200 but I'm eating and not felling hungry .. i don't want to push myself to eat more cuz well I'm enjoying the weight loss :) but in the same turn i don't want my body shut down cuz I'm under feeding it .... :(
