Ladies and gentlemen I'm finally out of the 90's Yipppppeee! LOL... It took me this long to finally get to where I'm at and I'm so proud. Thank You God and Mary!

Losing weight for me during the summer months while the kids are home is extremely hard. When they were in school I was losing 8-9 lbs a month now that they are home it's 1-2 lbs. Not cool, but I see it this way I'm losing not gaining so I'm okay!

I went on vacation and totally blew my chances this month for losing at least nine pounds. But something is something!

I let myself get carried away and started to indulge in the summer killers. Beer, wine, and there's no easy way to put this " TakeOut". I was doing so well over the past months and then the heat comes in. I was going to blame my husband for it all, but since it is my mouth. I hold it all to myself. I'm thinking dang it all this excercise that I did all this month I could have lost 8-9 lbs, nope 1 pound. It is a reminder to myself that no matter how much I excercise, if I don't stop drinking and taking out my goals no matter how close they are won't get here with this kind of behavior. So today with God's blessing I shall start new with my diet and no more liquor. Also I have to say this 1 lb down is better than one up, so I hold no dissappointment to myself.
