So I went online because I wanted to know what exactly how the biggest losers were eating and web md said 4 servings of vegetables and fruits 3 servings of protein, 2 servings wholegrain and 1 serving of 200 calories of whatever. I think I'm gonna try it out along with 1 hour of exercise a day.

Since April 11, 2012 I have undergone a series of really bad things between school, family life, and health. I can sit here and try to blame someone, but the one person I really blame is myself. Unfortunately I won't waste another day holding anyone accountable for my own actions. So I've decided that I'll try again and hopefully have everyone's support here on FS. My goal is to lose 10lbs a month with the hope that by the end of next year I can be down at least 100lbs.

Talk about the weather changes and the time zone changes. It has wrecked me LOL....But I'm back on track so hopefully next month I will see a differance!

I have had stressful events these past two months, December and January. I can make any excuses in the world, but I hold myself accountable for my actions. However, I'm not going to say I'm going to try. Instead I'm going to lose the next 45 pounds with a clear mindset. In the next eight months I'm going to lose these pesky 45 pounds that I have left to burn and I'm going to look and feel better about myself........FOCUS
