Woke at #196, I don't jump on the scale much. Try to keep it LIL LIAR out of my head. It's not always the scale, clothes fit good, so its OK.They fired my teacher assistant this Monday so have to pick up the game. Getting over whelming! but only 7 more weeks of school . I should be able to make it, And Life goes on and I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #197, was very surprised as I really have not been trying.Can't believe I'm still in ONEDERLAND. My wife is on a 3-month nursing assignment on the other side of Florida 1 hour away from the kids. I have not been going out to dinner much, My daughter and family are here for a week, since it is spring break, and I did eat a greek salad,with gryo meat last night with hummus and pita bread, I usually don't eat much at night. 2 doctors are scheduled this week since I'm on spring break also. I'm happy with the weight but still have the excess skin, not but its ugly, ALL in the belly area, with a stomach hernia. Drs, tell me because of age and other health issues they would not chance to take it off, So I'm stuck with it,wear 36-pants, so For my height 6-4, I guess I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #199, back in ONEDERLAND, I'm sure it will be brief, but at least the scale worked, My wife took my other scale to her job site as she is a nurse, and life goes on. College Expo today with 800ppl coming, Spring break start next week, my daughter and family coming, and life is good, And I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #200 same all the time, maybe scale broken ??? Nay, Went to Drs. A1C still high 7.5 it was lower when I weighed #427, must be age, of course Dr. gave me more meds, had to go with J U M B O pill box now for the days, same pills at night and my wife is leaving for a 3 month stint in Land O lakes as a Hospice nurse, been over 1 1/2 years since she worked last. Only 4 hours away and 40mins from grand kids so won't be to bad for her, and life goes on and I'm DO N OK !

Woke at #200, no more, no less after eating cake, cake, cake and more cake.Was not feeling the best after all the sugar. Only ate 1/2 my lunch yesterday. Professional Chefs meeting today in West Palm Beach, tomorrow the Dr. First Blood draw with new Dr. will see how it goes, had to change all my Drs. do to the systems not accepting old insurance, had them for 35 years, so no food tomorrow till 4:30, hard to do when you constantly surrounded by food. Life goes on and I'm DO N OK !
