I am trying, with what I have... and doing ok, I have been staying in my points range and holding my weight... it is definately a challenge.

I embarrassingly say... I am trying to start over again.. I do good up until dinner then since we are skimpy on grocery money, there isn't anything that is appetizing to me that is healthy,,, I try to eat less of it, but at the point I put it in my mouth my mind says... oh well you ate that now might as well eat more.

starting over again today,,, and I will start over again as many times as it takes for me to finally get things right! after a weekend of eating chocolate cake... my friend should never give me his cake!!! Today I vow to eat healthy all day, even though we are going to visit family tonight and will be away from the house and out in restaurant land.... I will eat right if it kills me.
