ok I have lost my motivation... I seem to be going on an upward climb and I am not happy, but I can not get myself to stop the night time binge.... I do good all day long, but obviously I am not being satisfied,,, and so at night I say... "who cares" and eat... yikes... I need support, I wish I had someone here physically who would do the same as me and want to eat healthy and exercise...

spring break is over,,, and as much as I enjoyed being off work, I wasn't off.... I am back at work today so I can relax and get back into my routine! :).. now maybe my weight line can go down again!

been out for awhile.. not eating great... thinking spring break I would have had more time to devote to exercise and eating right... didn't happen, had a lot of projects to work on and just plain tired... no excuses.. yesterday I began my workout again and it felt great... sooo here we go again. just call me yo yo
